    Jessica is the Administrative Assistant at the administrative office of Cornerstone Counseling Service, LLC in Hugo, Oklahoma. She comes to Cornerstone from Paris, Texas, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a minor in Spanish from Abilene Christian University since 2006. Her post-college work experience includes a number of fields, including the collegiate, medical, and non-profit arenas. She could not be prouder to be a mom of three, as her first dream was to have a family. Jessica's other passions outside of her faith and family include thrifting and travel, preferably together.

    Stuart Schuhmann, LCSW
    Clinical Director

    Stuart Schuhmann graduated from Texas A&M-Commerce and began practicing in 2011. Stuart works in the Northeastern Texas and Southeastern Oklahoma region. He currently holds a Clinical Social Work license (LCSW) in both Texas and Oklahoma. He has completed the Batter's Intervention Program training in Oklahoma. Stuart has also been trained by EMDRIA to address trauma-related issues like PTSD. He is EMDR-certified and trained in FLASH EMDR, the latest EMDR training modality. He assists clients struggling with issues involving anxiety, depression, mood/personality disorders, trauma, and PTSD. He accepts clients of all ages and works with individuals, couples, and groups. Stuart's philosophy is based on unconditional positive regard and meeting the client where they are. His career in the business world helps him better understand the stresses and struggles of daily life. He has an easy-going style with a passion for helping his clients work towards a purpose-driven life.

    Bethany Bruno, LMSW-P

    Bethany is a Licensed Master of Social Work-P with an unwavering dedication to deepening her expertise and making meaningful contributions to the field of social work. Her academic journey began with a Cum Laude Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology (double major) from Southeastern Oklahoma State University. She then graduated with a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University. She is currently a doctoral student in the Doctorate of Behavioral Health program at Arizona State University.

    Her professional experience in behavioral health and social services is extensive and varied. Her previous positions include PRN Social Worker at Paris Regional Health, Permanency Planning Specialist at the Oklahoma Department of Human Services, Stress Line Responder at Parents Helping Parents, and various case management assignments.

    Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has prioritized ongoing professional development and scholarly engagement. She has presented research on resilience, humor, and protective factors at regional and national conferences and has contributed to the academic literature exploring psychological resilience.

    Haley Copeland, LMSW-P

    Haley Copeland is an LMSW-P who believes that healing and growth occur best in environments where people feel safe, respected, and truly understood. She works with individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, mood or personality disorders, trauma, and PTSD. 

    Haley’s approach is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and practical tools that help clients build resilience and make meaningful progress. She is dedicated to creating a space where people can be open, honest, and supported without judgment.

    Outside of her professional life, Haley enjoys spending time with her family, her two grandchildren, and her four dogs, as well as camping.

    Cara Fuller, Payroll, CMII Human Resources Officer (Oklahoma), BHCM II, SAP (Substance Abuse Professional)

    Cara is a Behavioral Health Case Manager II with a Bachelor’s degree in General Psychology, a Master’s degree in General Psychology, and a graduate certificate in School Counseling. Cara is a licensed school counselor, and she is currently enrolled at Southeastern Oklahoma State for clinical counseling while working towards certification as a licensed professional counselor. Cara has several years of experience in case management, including overseeing the case management program for a 120-bed domestic violence crisis shelter. Cara also has several years of teaching experience, working with students as young as preschool all the way up to teaching adult education at a state prison. Cara is certified in trauma informed care. Cara sees clients of all ages and backgrounds in the Hugo and Idabel areas.

    Angie Morgan has worked in the mental health field for 12 years. She has a masters in social work where she graduated from the University of Oklahoma. Angie Is a substance abuse counselor who also specializes in medical social work. Angie's area of expertise is in providing youth and families with resources, advocacy and strengths based planning to help guide and maintain stability in her client's lives. Angie has been recognized with her leadership skills with social work in healthcare. She is always willing and eager to lend a helping hand while serving those in need.

    Laura has worked in the mental health field since 2010. Previously working in social services 7 years prior. Laura currently is a Behavioral Health Rehabilitation Specialist/Case Manager II. She has experience working with both adults and children and works to help them achieve attainable goals and important coping skills to better their lives.

    Jason Morgan has been working in the mental health field for 7 years. Jason is a certified behavioral & case manager specialist. Jason has a background in social work. Jason enjoys working with populations who are mentally challenged. Jason is the president of the Tishomingo community's local housing authority where he has served on their board for several years. Jason specializes in career and technology orientation, leading and encouraging those he serves with continuing their educational and career goals. Jason is very kind and easy to work with for those who are nervous about reaching out for help.
